EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "Returns and cancellations" link in our store footer, or contact us directly. You will receive a confirmation once your request is submitted.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (such as vinyl records or CDs) that have been unsealed after delivery.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
